Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Senza will take place when we ship the products to you.

6.2. Repairs If your watch requires repair, please contact our customer service team at info@senza.site. We will provide instructions on how to send your watch to our authorized repair center. Repairs covered under warranty will be performed at no cost. For repairs not covered by the warranty, a fee will be charged.
